The latest book from shape-shifting cultural historian and writer John Higgs, the brain behind cult classics like The KLF and William Blake vs The World, Exterminate/Regenerate goes beyond the Doctor Who phenomenon to discover how ideas emerge and prevail against all odds, why we are so addicted to fiction and why this wondering, wandering time traveller means so much to so many.

John will be talking about the book with the brilliant (and local) Dan Schreiber, author of The Theory of Everything Else and Impossible Things, host of many podcasts (namely No Such Thing As A Fish, We Can Be Weirdos and The Cryptid Factor) and QI Elf.
